  • Latest Release: Razor EP

Q.G. is a French and fresh producer with killer remixes, banging productions and live sets. Q.G. (aka Quentin Gauthier) started playing music in 1992 at 12 years old ! Over the years he’s played many years in hardcore bands, loving heavy tunes and banging riffs. He started deejaying in 2001 and decided to produce his first tracks in 2006 with the same intense way of feeling music.

2009, Q.G. released his debut EP «Reign In Blood» on french label Dga Fau Records. The 4 tracks EP includes collaboration with THE TOXIC AVENGER, BANDIT and THE STEREHOES. The artwork was designed by ELR°Y (who also worked with DATA), one of the leading french designer. «Reign In Blood» has been really well acclaimed by press and immediately playlisted by many european djs. A successful promo tour around Europe followed including France, Belgium, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Finland, Latvia and more.

2010, Dga Fau Records released «Bomb Disaster», a 5 tracks EP of «Bomb» remixes by producers such as IKKI or EASY D. A video for «Bomb» was released in January 2011 and soon to be airplayed on french TV (MTV France, NRJ 12, Virgin 17, Game One). The video has been viewed more than 80 000 times on the Dailymotion & Youtube.

2011, Q.G. crossed the sea and start his biggest tour ever with gigs in Canada, Costa Rica, Argentina, Chile and Australia. Producing everytime and everywhere, Razor EP has been recorded in Melbourne aswell his second video. Launched with a remix contest (more than 150 remixes recieved), Razor has been immediatly supported by djs and labels such as Chewy Chocolate Cookies, Huoratron, Stereheroes, Pro7, Mako Records, Autodidakt, Sawgood, Boxon records, etc.

Seen on stage with big names like MR FLASH, KAVINSKY, SEBSATIAN, MUSTARD PIMP, DESIGNER DRUGS, BORGORE, SHADOW DANCER, SHINISHI OSAWA, FUCKKK OFFF, MAKE THE GIRL DANCE or BLENDE, Q.G. is producing a dark sound, electro tangled with acid-ish beats, and syncopated melodies.
